How do you ensure the condition of the cards during shipping?
Every single card is placed in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader before being secured in a bubble mailer to prevent any bending or surface damage during transit.
Are all your trading card boxes and packs factory sealed?
Yes, we guarantee that all booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and individual packs are 100% factory sealed and sourced directly from authorized distributors.
What is your return policy on collectible items?
Due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market, we do not accept returns on opened packs or boxes. Returns on sealed merchandise are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping for rare collectibles?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. All international orders include tracking and insurance to protect your investment.
How can I verify the authenticity of a high-value card?
Many of our high-value singles are pre-graded by PSA or BGS. For ungraded raw cards, we provide high-resolution scans and a physical inspection guarantee.
